Shopping Basics

We are happy to include free shipping to your orders!

Your order is packed and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase , you can request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address. Please email contact@artmeetsbagstore.com with your request, full name, order number.

We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses. If you have provided the wrong address or need to change your address, please let us know immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to change the location.

Yes, we free ship to all continents. The order will arrive within 14-15 working days, depending on the country you are in.

Delays due to measures against Coronavirus (COVID 19) may happen sporadically. We are not responsible for delays in this regard.

We accept credit and debit card payments such as Visa, Mastercard, Elo, American express, Discover, Maestro, JCB, Union Pay, Diners Club and via PayPal up to 3 installments. Look for the best method for you on the check out page.

No, we do not charge any sales tax. However, extra taxes that your country may apply on the order arrival are not included.

Shipping & Returns

Return shipping will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process. You will receive a postage authorization code via email after your return request and must post the product at a nearby shipping agency. Please, you must use the original packaging in which you received your purchase.

You will receive a refund within 30 days of the date we receive the returned products. There will be no additional cost for you to receive a refund.

You can send us a message within 24 hours of purchase, if the product has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order.
